Looking Down the Barrel of the NEC

Amtrak fires off an AEM-7 round down the barrel of the NEC. AEM-7's were becoming scarce by mid-January, in 2016, as Amtrak was in the process of switching over to a new caliber of locomotive - namely Siemens Cities Sprinters.
