Remarks & Notes 
GM&O RS-1s did everything around Montgomery other than power the Artesia road freights. Their service would last beyond the 1972 ICG merger until 1975, when they would be replaced with a rag-tag assortment of geeps and Paducah rebuilds. On this October 1974 day a good-looking trio has the Prattville mill turn running way too fast to still be within yard limits. I didn't complain.
