Opened in 1994, Eurostar connects the UK to European countries. GEC Alsthom and BN jointly developed the first generation train, Class 373. It is also known as TGV TMST in France. Though most fleet has replaced by new Velaro trains, some Class 373 trains underwent refurbishment and returned service with the name of e300.
