| NS of a different color – A series of business trips to the Middle East in the late 1980’s provided airline layover time in Amsterdam, so I took advantage of the situation and got out to see the Nederlandse Spoorwegen (Dutch Railways). Here a train begins its journey from under the train shed of the 1889-built Central Station in Amsterdam. |
