| Running 40 minutes behind schedule, the southbound Amtrak Crescent bursts through the shadows as it winds through the s-curve at Red Lane. The Phase 1 painted P42, which debuted five years ago for the railroad's 40th anniversary, leads today's train to New Orleans. |
