| In the midst of a heavy snow squall, Delaware Lackawanna Portland Turn PT98 passes the spur that leads to the Tobyhanna Army Depot behind a quartet of DL ALCOs, including the last ALCO C636 in existence. The DL 3642 is former Penn Central #6342. The yard at the Army Depot now sits empty, but used to be used by Steamtown to store equipment before they were all set at their current location. |
