DMIR Phase IV SD9 no. 166 cools it heels outside of the Missabe diesel shop at Proctor, MN on a decent summer day. It looks like it's seen better days, but this survivor still has many years of service ahead. It finished its duties with DMIR pretty much as seen here, but today continues in service on the Columbia Basin Ry. out of Warden, WA (albeit with a chopped nose).
