| Winter Storm Kayla is hitting Iowa hard. Western Iowa is being hit especially hard with heavy snow and wind. In eastern Iowa there isn't much snow, but still strong northwest winds are creating some white out conditions. Here a Council Bluffs to Proviso junker rumbles east thru the winter wonderland. |
