Union Pacific's hot Global 2, IL to Oakland, CA priority UPS/LTL intermodal chases down an unusual January thunderstorm, that brought hail and strong winds to the Bay Area. All is calm now, except for the whine of AC traction motors and the metal on metal sound of steel wheels on steel rails. The short Z will clear quickly, as it's doing 70MPH, and the scene will return to some form of tranquility.
