Baltimore & Ohio SW900 9407 spends the weekend with another EMD switcher at the Arlington enginehouse on Staten Island. Within a few years, declining freight business on the island would spell an end to B&O operations in New York and New Jersey, making Philadelphia the B&O’s eastern terminus.
