| "Phase III P32 on Approach at POU" Amtrak P32AC-DM #704 makes a final approach into Poughkeepsie Station with the Lake Shore Limited consist in tow. The old Poughkeepsie Railroad Bridge sits in the background. P32 #704 is the first of Amtrak's P32s to receive the new "Amtrak America" Phase III paint scheme. In addition to the scheme the locomotive also features an "Empire Service" logo on each side. THIS IS NOT A HERITAGE UNIT! All 18 P32AC-DMs will slowly be repainted into this same scheme one by one. |
