Amtrak's Empire Builder no. 8 glides through Pewaukee, WI on CP trackage (X-MILW) with ample head end power and a string of express boxcars on rear. At this time Amtrak was attempting to enhance revenue by hauling time sensitive freight including Washington state apples on this train.
