Transnet Freight Rail's "Phelophepa" health care train, a mobile clinic on rails, is on its way to Mafikeng in North West province, seen here sweeping around the curve at Battery and passing the MGK (Foodsure) grain storage silos. The second loco is one of the 900 series class 34's which do not have the saddle filter on the roof behind the cab. This loco still has its original SAR red livery with yellow striping, albeit very badly weathered after 37 years in service!
