Union Pacific MDVRO (Denver to Salt Lake City manifest) charges westward out of Leyden, Colorado, during a light snowfall on January 28, 2001. Powering the train is UP SD40-2 No. 3281, followed by four Rio Grande SD40T-2 Tunnel Motors and three GE AC4400CWs (two Southern Pacific and one UP).
