| While BNSF's 2015 California Division Christmas Train lays over between its two runs (both from San Bernardino to Summit, 25 miles away atop Cajon Pass), the crew and volunteers eat lunch - except for a few volunteers who eat quickly in order to grab a few shots from trackside before loading passengers for the afternoon trip! Passing on the adjacent mainline is a westbound Union Pacific freight, with SD70ACe 8694 as the rearmost DPU locomotive. (Note the BNSF crewman wearing a Santa hat on the front walkway.) |
