| The Denver Rock Island Railroad currently services a number of businesses in the area of the National Western Stock Show. A bond initiative recently passed that will fund a transformation of this industrial area into more of an urban renewal development, with shops, a regional park and an expanded stock show complex. The redevelopment will spur the acquisition and relocation of many of the industrial tenants, and I suspect the DRIR will assign 1083 to other areas in the City.
