Remarks & Notes
The Bessemer & Lake Eries branch from Queen Junction to Kaylor was the last remaining portion of the Western Allegheny Railroad. With track that could not handle six-axle locomotives, the branch gained notoriety in the 1980s as one of only a few places where F-units still operated in freight service. Here three F7As, with a Conneaut Docks unit in the center wait for their late-afternoon call.
