"BALDWIN SERIAL #70150"
This plate stands affixed to Western Maryland Railway 132 on the grounds of the Hagerstown Roundhouse Meseum. Built in 1944, Western Maryland 132 a VO-1000 switcher with 1,000 hp was the last of 5 made for the railroad.
