| CRC 902 and NKP 901 ease their train west through Valley and onto Indiana & Ohio’s Oasis Secondary. This is the first time the Cincinnati Railway has combined both their dinner train & coach cars into one “Fireworks Train.” The consist of seventeen cars and two locomotives is heading for downtown Cincinnati where riders will deboard and walk a short ways to the riverfront for the Western & Southern / WEBN Labor Day Fireworks. The trestle overhead was once part of Norfolk Southern’s (N&W) Hyde Park Branch. It hasn’t seen a train since 2009 and will eventually be turned into a bike path.
