The Mill Creek empties depart Kosmosdale behind University of Kentucky inspired PAL 4522, passing the Kosmos Cement plant on their way south. The recently painted unit wears a special scheme (similar to PAL 2012) commemorating the Kentucky Wildcats' victories over the years as "8-Time NCAA National Champions: 1948, 1949, 1951, 1958, 1978, 1996, 1998, 2012."
