| A nice way to start the morning! After a drive out into the desert south of Elgin to pick up the wheel I ditched the day before when I got two flat tires, I made it back down into Rainbow Canyon just as an eastbound stack train was stopped by a dragging equipment detector near Stine. A quick jog up the rocks got me to this vantage point just in time before the train started accelerating eastward again. Yes, that is my vehicle hiding in the shadowed part of the road below. |
