As I was watching the eastbound Southwest Chief pull out of Albuquerque's downtown station, I thought, "Wow, the sound sure echos off the buildings here. It sounds like there's a train behind me too." Seconds later, the inbound Railrunner appeared under my feet. Well, that explains it.
