This is an "Extra South" out of Dante on the Clinchfield holding at a Stop signal at the North End of Boody, VA---April 22, 1980. I seem to recall this was a cab hop (three units and a caboose), and he was heading to Castle to pick up 144 loads of coal interchanged there from the L&N (which came over from Norton on N&W trackage rights). Then, it would be off to Erwin, TN---including the rather long grind upgrade from Kingsport to Unicoi.
From a "hint" of "Bee" (NKP 765), colorful "Bees" (KCS), "Bees" w/ attitude, to "Bees" that "sting" your eyes, in their own way they have "Bee" on display! Equipment that "Buzzes" wearing Yellow & Black! ("Bees" can still "Bee" entering this "hive"!)
