Dennis Fulton points out to me that this particular unit is not ex-B&O, just painted that way by Potomac Valley. I have seen it referred to as PEX 722 online, and it is apparently ex-B&LE 722A. It is not one of the F units the B&O got from the B&LE. Nate Clark describes the details here.
