Remarks & Notes

The first thunderstorm of spring hits Altoona, Wisconsin. Lightning flashes across the sky as a Union Pacific freight train is held back by the new CTC signal mast. CTC was installed during the yard upgrades this past year and is currently being added along the Altoona Sub.
