Remarks & Notes
An eastbound Union Pacific coal train snakes through Red Gorge west of Radium, Colorado, on November 1, 2012. Three mid-train DPUs, along with a lone rear DPU, help keep the heavy train in check on the mountain grades of UP’s Moffat Tunnel Subdivision.
