This afternoon, Mid-America Car in KC released the Iowa Interstate #516 and placed it out on the setout track for the KCS. The paint on this is a nod to the Rock Island's red and yellow from the early 1970's. In the next few days, it will head north on the CP to Iowa for final delivery.
