| A Western Pacific U23B has been serviced and awaits a call at Rio Grande's Roper Yard on July 21, 1980. The 2260 was built new for the WP in June 1972 and later rebuilt as a B23-S7 'Super 7' by GE for the Monongahela Railway in Feb. 1990. |
