| ZS electric locomotive 441 748 heads into the terminal station at Belgrade-Glavna. This weed ridden and decaying station is the jewel in the crown of Serbian railways being the busiest station on the network and a major international hub. In 1974 a scheme was begun to replace the terminal station with a new underground 'Central Station'. Eventually Belgrade Glavna may close with the diversion of train services to the new station. |
