| Crossing the Coal River and into downtown St. Albans, brand new BNSF SD70ACe No. 8477 leads an eastbound crude oil on the former C&O main to Hinton. The loaded train is enroute to the Yorktown, Va. refinery. Notice the burnt out ditch light on the brand new locomotive. |
