Blue hour on the fuel tracks Nightfall is approaching, with whiteout of a spring snowstorm turning to the “blue hour” at Union Pacific’s North Yard locomotive facility on April 15, 2013. It may not look like it in the photograph, but the fuel track employees are moving faster than traffic on nearby Interstate 70.
