A trio of heavily weathered Canadian Pacific SD40-2s spent this sunny but cold autumn day idling in the River Yard adjacent to the NS Lehigh Line. Late afternoon low sun highlights both the fading paint on this "dual flags" unit and the fading glory of the former Bethlehem Steel complex which looms in the distance. Mismatched number boards (both in color and font...and font size) add to the worn out appearance of 6003. |
