Garibaldi dawn. The morning sun highlights a layer of alto-cumulus over Oregon's Tillamook Bay, as former McCloud River Railroad's Alco #25 chugs slowly north through the port of Garibaldi on old SP trackage that is now the Oregon Coast Scenic Railroad.
