Arkansas and Missouri’s Fort Smith Turn departs Winslow, Arkansas, on October 20, 1995, powered by six Alco C420s. With the recent derailment and damage to A&M’s three EMD SD70ACes, it is likely that Alcos will be seen again while repairs are made to the big EMDs.
