Having its moment in the sun, Port Harbor Railroad GP40 4615 was in Granite City, Illinois, on October 3rd, 2014. Built in January 1967 as Milwaukee Road 162, this engine was later renumbered MILW 2035. When the eastern end of the Milwaukee became part of the Soo Line, this engine was SOO 2035. The Soo, of course, became part of the Canadian Pacific and was renumbered CP 4615. Photographed on railroad property with permission and full PPE.
