| Fall colors & service failure. Amtrak 29 the Westbound Capitol Limited is heading east back to the Toledo Amtrak station to become this night's eastbound 30 after spinning the consist around NS Toledo Yard. The train was terminated in Toledo rather than Chicago to try to get back on schedule after cascading problems have made this train later and later over the last week or two. Most of those problems have been on NS between Chicago and Toledo. |
