Elkhart, Indiana, is home to the National New York Central Railroad Museum. Among its collection of equipment is NYC E8 4085 and NYC "Mohawk" steam locomotive 3001. During this year's Penn Central Railroad Historical Society Convention, Norfolk Southern added some "heritage" to the festivities in the form of NYC SD70ACe 1066, PRR ES44AC 8102, and PC SD70ACe 1073.
