A rare Saturday morning barge job begins the slow and steady task of loading barge #931 at the Annacis Rail Marine Terminal. With the low tide, the tank cars have a pretty large grade to descend on the slip. However, with the loaded tanks putting all their weight on the bow of the barge, the cars will soon begin to climb uphill as the stern of the barge begins to lift. All and all, a rather difficult task for the engineer while he tries to maintain a maximum two miles per hour speed limit.
