Evening shadows are growing long as Seaboard Coast Line No. 21, "Silver Star", is under full throttle as it begins its' uphill climb into Apex, NC. The train doesn't look very silver from this position, but 16 platinum Budd and Pullman cars do indeed follow the 4 heavyweight cars that occupy the head of the train tonight.
