Remarks & Notes

A westbound manifest crosses Austin Creek Viaduct / Skyline Trestle. The bridge lies within Helena National Forest and crosses the former military Road "Mullan Road". At the top of the pass near the old road is one of first meeting places in the Montana Territory of the Free Masons. The site is worth a visit while waiting for the next train.
