| On a very muggy early morning, an empty "K" rumbles north over the Catskill Creek with a nice colorful winged treat for the photographer today. The visiting foreign power color on this line during Summer of 2014 has been one of the most varied and frequent in many years due to CSXT''s continual severe power shortage system wide and the oil & ethanol boom to the Chemical Coast. No where is it more evident than on it's backed up and congested Albany Division as the railroad struggles to move trains and find enough crews to handle the increased capacity.
