What's left of Montana Rail Link SD45-2 No. 301 is suspended slightly off of the ground while it is jostled into position by a contract scrapper for further incisions with a cutting torch. The workers next job is to finish cutting out the coupler pocket. This will bring the weight of what's left of the 301 down, enabling it to be placed on a flatbed truck for the trip to a recycling yard. The top portion of 301's cab can be seen to the right of the crane.
