In town for the Kentucky Derby and split in two to fit on the stub tracks at Norfolk Southern's Louisville Terminal, the OCS waits for the biggest two minutes in sports and an eventual return trip to Altoona, PA. Thanks to NS Police for the escort onto their property and permission to take photographs.
