Reproducing a Classic. One of my favorite railroad photos (See it here: http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/File:ATSF_DL_in_Kansas.jpg) involves the cleaning of ATSF FT #103 in 1943. 71 years later in Spencer, NC, the scene is played out once again as another FT numbered 103, this one being the EMD demonstrator, gets a thorough washing prior to the Streamliners in Spencer event.
