| Steam and Tall Ships. There are very few places that you can see tall ships and operational steam locomotives together. This shot was only possible on one day. The OCSR was running an NRHS steam special. The tall ship Hawaiian Chieftain was in town for a few days before sailing out of town. It may be years before this scene can be duplicated. I drove down from Seattle in hopes of getting them both in one shot. The result is a scene from the ports of the past. |
