Meeting up with a west bound stack, SD 70 M 4014 pulls the Union Pacific 4-8-8-4 while SD 70 M pushes. The Hospital Train has passed summit and is climbing towards Hesperia, east of Cajon pass, on its way to Cheyenne Wyoming for restoration.
