| This was formerly a Chrome Crankshaft lease unit and had worked for the short-lived Chicago & Indiana RR in 1979 with sister unit 6001. The 6001 served the Tippecanoe RR until the early 90's. ICRK 6002 was originally SP 2923. The 6002 was repainted not long after this photo was taken. It remains black with white handrails. http://www.rydmanfox.com/rr.html |
