Normally it would be tough to get the eastbound Builder in light here during the short days of winter but the perpetually late No. 8 allows for a nice shot as it enters Bad Rock Canyon east of Columbia Falls. The Flathead River and U.S. Highway 2 share the canyon with BNSF here.
