Remarks & Notes
A GN logo helps identify the heritage of these two flangers, which apparently haven't seen service this winter based on the accumulation of snow of their roofs. Built in December 1936, these were designed to be pulled behind locomotives and wing snow to the side while also clearing between the rails.

Pictures of things often unseen in the world of railroading. Interesting equipment, operations, and people that help the railroad go around.
