January 26th, 2014. 4:35 AM, Union Pacific 1996, 4014 and 8448 roll into Covina California for a short display stop that will begin at 07:00. A small contingent of railrans and curious Covina citizens are their to great the Big Boy locomotive as Ed Dickens rides the front end keeping a watchful eye on vital moving parts.
